I was using this service for debt consolidation and a home improvement loan, none of which ever manifested.

Therefore, I am requesting that all the money I have paid Good Cents Financial Solutions(GCFS), LLC. to be refunded to me. I have paid the following amounts:

1. 6/2/05: GCFS Enrollment Fee: $425.00
2. 6/23/05: GCFS Fee : $350.00
2. 7/20/05: GCFS Life Insurance Payment: $18.95
3. 8/20/05: GCFS Life Insurance Payment: $18.95
Total to be refunded: $812.90

I am asking for a refund, because since beginning to work with GCFS, I have paid money and have not received anything in writing, no statements, no status reports - nothing but an email that stated my credit cleanup was "going good".

Also, I am paying for life insurance on a loan I do not have and a policy I have never seen.

Consequently, the fact that GCFS had to close their business down twice for theft issues, since I have been working with them, does not make me feel secure and that my best interest is being represented.

Currently, all my emails and calls are being ignored.

Mrs. Victoria,

I am requesting that all the money I have paid you to be refunded to me. I have paid you the following amounts:

1. 6/2/05: GCFS Enrollment Fee: $425.00
2. 6/23/05: GCFS Fee : $350.00

Total to be refunded: $812.90

I am asking for a refund, because since beginning to work with you, I have paid money and have not received anything in writing, no statements, no status reports - nothing but an email that stated my credit cleanup was "going good". What does that mean?

Also, I am paying for life insurance on a loan I do not have and a policy I have never seen - what sense does that make? Absolutely none!

Consequently, the fact that you had to close your business down twice for theft issues, since I have been working with you, does not make me feel secure and that my best interest is being represented.

There are no hard feelings, but I just want a refund of my money.

People Beware GoodCents Financial Solutions is a Fraud

#5Author of original report

Tue, March 21, 2006

Today is March 20, 2006, and I have been requesting my $812.90 refund since October 14, 2005. I have tried to contact Mrs. Victoria Goodner of GoodCents Financial Solutions on several occasions with no response. She is not responding to my emails or my letters mailed through the USPS. She has also disconnected all the previous working phone numbers that I had for her.

Also, each letter and email that I send contains my address. I get mail from all over the country - why would I believe that she tried to contact me 5 times! That does not even make "good sense". She has my number - why not call? She continuously called when she wanted me to send more money for her imaginary services.

All who read this beware; Victoria Goodner of GoodCents Financial Solutions will only take your money, and put you in worst shape than before.

I hate to use such strong words, but Mrs. Victoria Goodner is a big fat LIAR!!!! She is a fraud and GoodCents Financial Solutions is her front. She has not attempted to contact me by mail or any other way. In fact, I did not request for to contact me about my refund, I requested her to send my refund. She has again failed to deliver services and now she is intentionally keeping my money.

Victoria, when you read this - SEND ME MY REFUND IN THE FORM OF A MONEY ORDER OR CASHIER'S CHECK IN THE AMOUNT OF $812.90. This is all the communication I want from you.
