Complaint Review: Victoria's Secret

I ordered a 2 pc. bathing suit 1 day after I received the catalog in February, I was told the item is back ordered. I was told the item will be shipped 3 months later.

Four months later I received half a bathing suit. When I called customer service I was told that they sent the other half 4 weeks ago. I never received that half. I said just to send a new one and if I receive the other half I will call or send it back. They told me they do not have that color or size but do I want a different bathing suit bottom?

When I told them I want my money back and I am sending them the half I did receive, they told me I have to pay to send it back and when they receive it, they will credit me back for the items.

It took 4 months to get some of my money back. Four customer service representatives and two supervisors to credit me four times with obscure amounts of money for ex:$2.36 $32.69 & $4.73 and those are just examples of the tiresome back and forth calls. I was still shorted over ten dollars $10.00. I did not receive a sorry for the inconvienence or anything.
