Victoria's Secret Victoria's Secret ripoff for return Columbus Ohio
I recently returned two defective items to Victoria's Secret, they were received 6 days later and I kept waiting for my refund amount to show up on my bank account. After 3 weeks of unresponsive emails, I called only to find out that, because of a discount I received, they refused to give ANY refund. They did not even try to give a credit for the amount, never informed me of the situation - just did not give a refund of any kind. Their response was "Well, you didn't really pay for them to begin with". On top of that, they CHARGED me the $5.99 fee for returning THEIR defective items.
I spent $250 on items that, since returning the two items, all but 2 have been defective. Their lingerie falls apart, even if you follow all of the instructions for washing them. I will NEVER shop with them again!

I understand that you may feel upset, but other than the defective garments, they were in the right here. You used their tiered coupon right? Let's say you purchased $250 dollars worth of stuff and got $75 off that with their coupon. If you return $35 worth of stuff, you will not get a refund. Doing so will have brought you under the $250 dollar threshold, which would have made your coupon invalid. They would have given you $75 off a $215 purchase, not $250. If you were to return $76 of merchandise, your refund would have been $1. If you went to a store that had a buy one pair of shoes, get one pair free, you are getting a free item. If you were to return one of those pairs of shoes, you would not expect a refund would you? No because then you would have gotten a pair of shoes free. That's basically what's going on here. If they had given you a refund, then they would have basically paid you for one of their items. See where I'm going here? A better option would have been to send it back as an exchange. That way you still get the item basically free. BTW, I am not an employee in any way of Victoria's Secret, I am just the queen of coupons and finding deals! :)
