Victorian Choice unknown, but apparently there is a parent company Took money, shipped dress to wrong location, will not respond to emails Redmond Internet

I ordered a dress on-line at www.victorianchoice.com on 2/13. They sent me the email ship notice with a time factor and a tracking number. All seemed good. Then, it seemed like the dress hadn't arrived and should have been here. So, I tracked the number on USPS (where they stated they shipped from) and found that it had been shipped to some address in New Orleans, LA. I don't know anyone in New Orleans, LA. I know that my form was filled out correctly for the dress to ship to me in Missouri. I sent an email request to find out when my dress will arrive and what happened; and I have heard nothing back form them. Also, it is pretty close to impossible to find a phone number so you can call and deal with someone directly. Pretty sure this is a sham. Will be putting a stop payment on my credit card for this item until this is resolved. Maybe that will get their attention.
