I have been a customer of Victorias Secret (VSC) for over 12 years. Over this timeframe, their flexible return policy has been consistent. If you don't like something, you can return it and receive credit back to your card or merchandise credit if after 90 days from the date of purchase. There was no additional stipulation nor is there a comment that they reserve the right to deny a return in the catalog or online. In December, I returned approximately $600 of merchandise from three separate orderes. VSC accepted some of the items and sent the remaining items back to me with a letter stating the remaining items were excessively worn or laundered. I immediately contacted them to advise them that they were certain items were washed once prior to returning as I had done with every other return. They apologized, acknowledged that they shouldve accepted it and gave me the address to return it again. I sent the items as directed. For the second time, they accepted a couple items and returned the rest to me. This company is falsly advertising their return policy. Because I was not advised of the policy that they are now standing behind, I am left with merchandise that I cannot wear that I'm being forced to pay for.
