This company needs to be shut down and I put this here so it can happen. Victory KoreDry is an awful company, more so the owner, Marc Spitaleri, who has no problem taking your money and never intending to fullfil your orders. He scams his financial lending company by falsifying shipping labels and invoices so that it appears that the products have been shipped when in fact they haven't and usually don't for another few days. This also means the customer has to starting paying their NET 30 back 5-10 days earlier than they thought they had to, which has lead to countless issues.
Marc also will run company's credit cards at will and without that company's permission just to make sure they stay afloat for the day. On a weekly basis Victory receives chargeback notices because they are charging credit cards without letting the companys know and due to this they dispute the charge and get their money back. Marc also willingly has hired almost all illegal immigrants to run his shop and sewing stations, he treats them like they are miles beneath him and pays them very little for the amount of work they do. He also consistently holds their checks because he cannot cover them. This happens almost every pay period and he makes them wait at least 2-3 days after the pay day to get their checks. He also bounces checks left and right. Marc bounces at least 3-5 checks A MONTH!
They do not get jobs done on time, and the work isn't the best quality. If Marc owes you money, good luck tracking him down or getting him to pay you. He thinks the world revolves around him and doesn't care unless it gains him money. He is remodeling a million dollar house in the Laguna Beach Hills and asks constantly for cash advances and even his own employees for money. He has reps all across the country who have also not been paid and refuse to turn in work to him. Marc can't grasp the fact that they need money and talks badly about them behind their backs and still refuses to pay.
Do not do business with this company, they will take your money, deliver low quality work, will not refund your money in a timely manner or at all, and the customer service is terrible. Marc Spitaleri is one of the worst owners of any business around and overall a terrible money hunger and awful human being. Do not give them your business or the time of day. Help take them down and put them out of business.
