Victory Motors ripoff tricked and lied to us by the salesman from hell Craig Colorado
In March 2001 my wife and I purchased a 2000 Dodge Neon from this company. At the time of purchase we were told by the salesman that this was one of the companies lease vehicles.
In other words a program car. Well first it had a bunch of holes in the ac condenser and the ac wouldn't work so that was fixed.
Then we got a total of three differant recall notices on the car.
But the newest and greatest was a couple of weeks ago we hit a deer and took out the passengers side of the car. Well it went to the bodyshop and when they started to check the damage out the body man said that the drivers rear and passenger rear end had been worked on before which to our suprise that was new to us.
So after that visit we went to the car lot to get the full back ground on this car. Well the manager told me at this time that the car we are paying almost full price for was purchased at the auction. Well if I had been told I was buying an auction car when we bought it I would have laughed. So I asked the manager about how to do a title search for previous damage records he told me that he didn't have any idea how to do this.
So I stormed out very pissed off came back to work and did a background check on the car and it doesn't show any record of damage. So my question is how did a lease vehicle turn into a auction vehicle with an a*s-end full of bondo.
I feel my wife and I have been taken for a ride and don't like it one bit. My question is what can I do.

John, Sorry as to how this SUCKY car dealer has treated you. I feel that it is your turn to treat Victory Motors the way they treated you.
First I would fax a "Printer Friendly Version" of your Rip Off Report to them. I then would fax a copy to your state's AG"s Office. Their contact info is

Next, I would Fax a "Printer Friendly Version" Of your Rip Off Report to the bank where you make your payments. This way your loan company will become educated as to what kind of junk this car dealer sells.
Maybe the next time this SUCKY car dealer trys to get financing for a car buyer the bank will say "Hey I remember this bad car dealer. They buy rebuilt junk from actions. It banks start making lists of bad car dealers, maybe some car buyers will not get burned like you have John.
Also This sucky car dealer needs to know this Rip Off Report will soon be sent to MANY search engines on the net. Soon someday, a car buyer just might go to a search engine and type in Victory Motors and will read this Rip Off Report.
