Victory Moving & Storage Company ripoff broken and lost furniture and dont want to assume any responsibilities abused & mistreated Brooklyn New York
We contact through Internet several moving companies to do our relocation from Allentown, PA to Miami, FL.
We selected Victory & Storage Moving for "price".
Since they came to my house they strted to change the estimate given over the phone to a higher amount, alleging that phone quotatios are "aproximatly".
When my furniture arrive in Miami it was a mess, Dinning room (antique)table legs broken and Captain chair gone, Coffe table leg olso broken, Mirror broken, and the super strong moving boxes squashed with broken contens ect, ect, ect.

Applicable Transportation Charges- The charges a mover assesses for its services must be contained in a published tariff and the tariff must be made available to prospective shippers upon request. A carrier cannot assess a rate lawfully that is not contained in its tariff. If you feel that the mover has overcharged you, you can me toll free at (866) 254-1792 to obtain assistance with requesting a review of the charges assessed by the mover, and which were paid by you at the time of delivery of your shipment.
