Complaint Review: VICTORY VAN LINES

I scheduled a move with Victory Van Lines, Rockville, MD to another state.  Though I received a telephone confirmation of my move, the movers were not there on time. I called the main number and  the person was angry about my call and so unprofessional. When the movers arrived at my APT three hours later, they demanded $3000 cash instead of check before the packing in which I have never informed of . In addition,  They promised to send 4 workers but only three arrived.  They demanded the tip for the day while packing.  I was so stressed about their lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and complete lack of dependability.  none of these workers spoke English well and I had a worst time communicating with them.  They stated that they are from Honduras and El salvador and only made $12,00 per hour and depending on the tips.  I brought $40.00 worth of lunch for them because they didn't want McDonald's food but rather have a chicken at the certain restaurant.  I gave them $20.00 tips each which costed extra $100.00.  After packing and they promised to delivered my House hold good to my new place 2 days later.  It never happened.  Not only that, the  final invoice I got from them is  $2000.00 more than the original contract.  Again, they demanded the cash and they threathen me that they will not delivered my house hold goods if I don't give them a cash.  Therefore, I wire them $4400 before they delivered my HHG. 
The movers totally destroyed my favorite piano which is priceless and ran over my Homedepot mail box but again, Victory Van Lines refused to reimburse. 

I have never in my life encountered with such a unprofessional, unethical, and dishonest folks.  I believe they are hiring a illegal aliens as well.  Too bad, these peoples are doing business in USA.
