I purchased a Micron PC from the Video Computer Store in November 2000. I payed over $1700.00 fully expecting them to stand behind their promise of a total of $300.00 in rebates. To date I have not received one dime as well as I am not able to get in contact with someone at the VCS to inquire about the rebates. It is very frustrating and would never have considered such a purchase had I known the company was so disreputable.
