This company is harvesting personal data from people that they then spam. Other people report on the facebook they receive the same text spam. My number is on the do not call list and I have not agreed to receive text messages. As you can imagine, people who spoof numbers do not care about that.
Because they use fake numbers so that (so far) the FTC is not able to help.
