Complaint Review: Video Professor Inc

I had ordered the photoshop 7.0 online on 6/20/09, i had 7-10 days to call them to cancel and can keep 1 cd and send 2 cds back. called them on the 10th day to cancel  but they said that i had called too late. that i was already charged 189.00 , they had offered to send me 4 cds for free.  i said ok. i still was not satisfied due to i had called to cancel on time. then they offered to give me a  refund of 75.00 , i had to fill out a claim form. they was supposed to send the claim form within 7 days. until now , i still had not receive a claim form.

I had contacted them every 2 weeks, about 5 times already, last time was today, 9/14/09, they kept saying that the form will be sent out. i asked them what was the problem with sending out the form. they said they don't know. they i asked to speak to the manager, they just kept saying that they will request for the form to be sent out again.

if i can't ge 189.00 back, i want to be refunded the 75.00!

please don't ordered from video professor , the are the biggest scams.!
