Video Professor, multiple unauthroized credit card charges, fraudulent billing Denver Colorado
Credit card transaction history shows two unauthorized charges by Video Professor, 3/22/07 and 4/13/07 for $75.95 and $74.95.
I never ordered or authorized payment for anything from Video Professor for those amounts or on those dates.
Caught totally off guard by these fraudulent charges, and desperately need to have account credited
Have contacted credit card company notifying of unauthorized charges and am waiting for reply.
