Video Professor's refund/return policy is unnecessarily cumbersome and they have set it up so it is easy for them to deny that merchandise was returned. I was told, over the phone, that if a CD is returned to them, without Video Professor Customer Service "approving" the return and granting an authorization code, their shipping/mailing department just throws it away and doesn't make any effort to credit the customer.
