I ordered "free" lesson. 1 week later my debit card was charged for shipping. 3 weeks after that, my debit card was charged $69.95!!! I have never received the software.
I called many times but would always receive recording saying the operators were too busy to take my call. I also e-mailed them.

I finally decided to call them as soon as they opened on the weekends. They are open on Saturdays from 7am-3:30pm MST. I woke up at 5:15am PST and miracle upon miracles, I got through the first time!
The operator claimed the software was mailed. I told her I never received it and she agreed to credit my account for all charges, including shipping. She claims it will take 10 days.

I suppose it remains to be seen if I will receive the credit or not. I am hopeful that I will. Worst case scenario, I have her name and Operator ID# to refer to if and when I need to dispute the charges with my bank.
I suggest you do the same-call them as soon as they open, I assume that you have a better chance of reaching someone live if you call them as soon as they open, especially on a Saturday as opposed to a weekday.
