Sent free ones(2) then sent more and charged my bank over $78.00 I have to check the pior statement.Now I can't contact them. EMail no good phone is just a machine that states they are helping others I was on hold for 1.5 hours nice to have 2 lines at my office.
I seft my phone number and e-mailed them and tried to fax them.

I am sorry you were ripped off by this company.
There ARE better and less expensive ways to learn whatever software you were after. For instance, I have used my local library for books (free). I have also bought some books on ebay (cheap!), to teach myself perl, dreamweaver, etc.
There are also tons of forums that you can browse on the internet to get information.
You must have tons of patience to wait on hold for 1.5 hours! I would have given them 10 minutes, at best.
