Video Professor Ripoff robbed my account Denver Colorado
i took an online consumer survey linked to sean hannity.com. it stated free laptop for filling this out. at the end to get the laptop it stated you must select at least two of the sponsors. i did, i chose video professor, onlingo spanish, advantage language spanish. all stated free, only pay shipping. well after making my choices, i was told, you must select two, it would not let get to the finale page to get the laptop,no matter what.
all three charged me. video professor-79.95, onlingo-69.95, advantage-69.95 withouy my knowledge or permission. onlingo has made it right, the other two,i can not get a hold of. i did not get my laptop. this survey was a scam to get personal info and my money. i did get a ton of e-mail junkmail instantly and it continues to this day. my info was sold. i will never do another online survey again. one screw job is enough for me

on this day,jan. 24,2006,i finally recieved a response, basically i did not understand the aggrement that after 10 days i pay full price of $79.95,i did not return in 30 days so no refund. i did get e-net lessons and one more of my choice and my name removed from their customer list. i guess in this "agreement" they send a lesson every month for $80.00 until you stop them. next time,i buy my software from a store.
