Video Professor ripoff - The 800 line say the this # is not longer in service and gives a 900 # which charged at $9.00/per minute Denver Colorado
The Video Professor comes with an 800# you must call to return the third disk which is $69.00 in addition it is answered this number is no longer in service call this 900#. When you call it they tell you the charge is $9.00 per minute and it will start charging in 3 seconds. I have decided to just call my Visa card and have them not honor the charge. I had bought Videe Professor things years ago and though they were great but would never do business with them again. If the product is any good and it use to be they would not stup to dishonest marketing methods. Sorry Video Professor Once burned twice Learned

I ordered from Video Professor, too. They send 3 CDs that's a "set", and 1 "freebie", which isn't worth a dime. So, you need to ship 1 back within "X" amount of time, or you pay $75.00 for the Complete set. You're forced to return one of the lessons you'll need or pay all this money. They advertise that you only pay $6.95 shipping, but forget about mentioning that big amount, too! This sucks! The Customer Service phone # is a joke. They get angry at you for wanting to make a return! It's hell trying to get your money back! Especially for your cr. card!!!!
