I called video proffessor from an advertisement on television.

The rep stated that it was free. In addition, to recieve another self- help cd it would be only $1. I then proceeded to give my debit card# over the phone.

I did recieve both cd's , but come to find out my bank account was not only charged $79,

But also an unknown $7 service charge? The advertisement was very misleading and was not upfront with information.

The callback # listed on the cd is a voice mail and you can never get through to a live person.
