Video Report Inc National Advertising Center SCAM! Didn't produce Advertising magazine, scammed me out of $1000, took money out of my acct, has an atty after me now! BBB says over 275 complaints in last 3 years! Chatsworth, California
Better Business Bureau states there are 275 complaints against this company within the last 3 years!
I signed a contract with Living Well in Sacramento, CA on 10-25-09. They breached the contract when the magazine never came out. They say they placed it with another retailer. I did not agree to this. I told them to send me a copy of the contract that says I agreed to it. Gilbert Moret's Atty office, Michael Miller representing office, sent me a copy which I'd never seen before and didn't even have my signature on it!! Very unprofessional "contract". Handwritten.
He keeps calling threatening that if I don't pay I'll be responsible for his high attorney fees and court costs. I stopped making payments when I realized they were a scam. They used the check info from my deposit check to take money out of my acct when I stopped paying them.
I'd like to know is there is a class action suit if it is filed.
