Video Retro Arbco Pictures Inc poor quality films unplayable Las Vegas Internet
dear sir,
i ordered two hard to find film on dvd,on reciept they were unplayable and of very poor quality.
i have requested a refund to my credit cards the answer from them is that we do not give refunds although they are in reciept of the dvds all they offered was another dubious film free of charge for which i refused.

please withdraw my previous comments re video retro. i have recieved an e.mail from them stating they are prepared to refund the full amount of the dvds i purchased on condition my comments are cancelled in full. i would be extremely grateful if you are able to contact retro video as to my cancellation of all comments.

Actually these guys have some of the rarist films with the best known quality to exist in the world! Very friendy customer service.
