This started in March of 2006, and I am still waiting for someting to happen. Craig Evans sold me 4 exclusive territories with a machine per territory. Two territories in California, 1 in Colorado, and 1 in Wyoming. I live in N. Colorado, so I was going to work the Wy and CO territories, and my father, brother, uncle, and/or employees would work the Ca. territories.

I paid $600 per territory. I used my ATM to pay, so I had no recourse after 90 days. Craig seemed like an honest guy. All the best cons do, I suppose. Like the complaint I read the Rip-Off Report, he kept giving me excuses why the units weren't delivered.

I told Craig I was going to California for vacation in July, 2006. Big Mistake. I received a broken unit Craig supposedly had used as a demo, which I was going to use as a demo in th California territories. It had the wrong lens, no battery which was supposed to come with it, and no stand. Completely useless.

While on vacation, Craig called me to tell me one of the charges didn't go through, so I authorized another $600 charge. I wasn't suspicious yet, stupid me. By the time I got back from vacation, I had forgotten about the extra charge. I found out much later that he simply charged me again for something I would never get.

Finally, around October, Craig told me the company was being bought, and as soon as things were settled, the machines would be sent, and I would receive some money as a company stock holder. BS! I got suspicious, went to my bank, and found that I had 5 charges rather than 4, and I couldn't dispute them because it was over 90 days since the charges.

I am still waiting for some response from them. Craig Evans has proven to be an internet con artist, and Video Swing Systems has proven to me that the internet is no place to find an honest business opportunity. I am disgusted, and am looking forward to pressing charges.

Video Swing Systems Update

#2Author of original report

Sat, March 31, 2007

Soon after my initial rip off report was written, I was contacted via e-mail by Video Swing Systems. Supposedly,it had nothing to do with publishing my rip off report, just a coincidence. HMM? I was told that the sale of the company was imminent, and that I would be able to get things going soon. The person who contacted me needed my territories and some other info. I responded to their e-mail,told them I was very suspicious, and that I had no faith that this was actually happening. I also asked them to stay in touch, or give me a phone number of someone who would actually speak with me. So far, I have had no response.
I don't know why they contacted me, unless they thought I would pull my ripp off report after a single e-mail. I am still out the money, and don't expect anything from them. I don't know if the police can help, but it may be time to find out.
