Complaint Review: Vidics.com

I joined vidics.com on Aug.13, 08. This company provides downloadable movies.I paid $ 49.90 total including $ 14.95 for the software they indicated that i needed. Software is " avitodvd ". I downloaded an avi. file, converted the files and burned a dvd copy. This entire process required almost 6 hours to complete. The wideo quality on the dvd was the worst tha i have ever seen. It was grainy and out of focus.
On aug. 14, 08 , i contacted vidics.com to request that they terminate my membership and refund my money. Their site states a money back guarantee,
that within 56 days , if i am not completly satisfied , they would cancel my membership and refund my money.
This has not happened. i have had no replys and certainly no refund.
I know that this site has no power to fix this problem of mine, but my hope is that someone else will be protected from what i consider a very unscruplous company.
I have filed a complaint with " consumer protection agency " and with " IC3 " , an internet crime complaint center.

p.s. the software " avitodvd " that they charged me $ 14.95 for is free shareware on the internet . talk about a ripoff.
