i will never buy from this company again and hope you don't. i ordered a computer system in nov. 1999 and didn't receive the complete system until 7 mobyhs later. in between i made endless calls that would take up to 45 minutes to connect me to someone. that someone would only take a message and would not let me talk to a supervisor. they made no return calls as they promised and gave me no information on when i would receive my system. it was a nightmare. the promised refunds took 9 months. i have never felt so helpless.
