I was given a ViewSonic WR100 router. Since I have VoIP, I thought this would come in handy. Boy was I wrong. 98% of all phone calls are either blocked, or the caller gets a fast busy or the calls does not ring through. I have contacted Viewsonic only to be told to talk to the VoIP service. I did and they did the troubleshooting only to find out that certain ports were blocked.

I called Viewsonic three times and left messages for an engineer to contact me and they never did. I sent emails and no response. Finally, I contacted Viewsonic and talked to Judy about the problem and she told me that tech support and customer service is available 24 hours a day. I found that to be a lie.

This company does not want to honor their warranty, they do not want to fix the problem, unless I have to go ballistic on them.

This product is not safe.
