Viewsonic Service lies Walnut California
I purchased a Viewsonic monitor for my son who was going away to college. Within a month of puchased, it failed. (would power on, but not light up).Contacted Viewsonic, who said to send it back. 3 monthes later, and multiple calls, still no monitor.
We have been told:
1. we don't have that model, But... we will send you a new larger one! Promises of next day air etc etc, but nothing is ever delivered.
2. Ohh , I don't know what happened...we'll send it out "urgent"
3. I see what happened, we don't send anything in December, because of "inventory". ?? you send nothing for the entire month ? yes.
4. May I speak to a Supervisor? There is no supervisor here.
I've been on hold for 2 hours and 40 minutes....how many call takers are there ? A) There are about 12 people and we receive 300 calls per hour. And there is no supervisor seeing that the 12 actually answer the phones ?? Absurd!
5. E-mails, when they are answered are answered with packaged responses...the unit is out of stock, its going to be shipped etc.
This has been going on since September. I have pretty much resigned myself to being the victim of a scam, but don't want to see others victimized by this company and theire shoddy disgraceful practices.
