Complaint Review: Viking Collection Services

My wife had a credit card account with a major bank that she kept current. It sold the account several times until it ended with Chase. In the interim, someone stole the number and charged $4000 to her card without her knowledge. Because of the unknown change to Chase bank, she did not realize any of this had happened. Chase ended by selling the debt to Viking Collection Services (VCS) for collection.

Scott Fisher of VCS has endlessly harassed us each day about this debt. He has unlawfully called me, my family, my coworkers and my neighbors under false pretenses attempting to reach us. We are currently working with an attorney to put an end to this nonsense.
