Viking Mobile Homes Ripoffs, ..has a house upside down in my yard *Consumer Suggestion
After entering a contract for a manufactured home which included delivery and set-up, Viking Homes hired a company to do just that. Unfortunately the day after it was delivered and before it was set up, a wind storm flipped one half on it's roof. That was April 30, 2001.
Today is December 27, 2001, and the house is still in the same place and my family and I have no where to live. Of course, Viking Mobile Homes doesn't want anything to do with it, Fleetwood Homes says they are only responsible for warranty claims, and my lawyer apparently has better things to do like send me bills for his inactivity.
