Viking Service Telepone Harassment Phoenix California
Read the article concerning this company. Now let me tell you of our story and hope someone can help. My wife and I are in our 60's and have taken care of her mother for the past 10 years. We recently took action to place her in a assisted living facility because of our inability to cope any further with alzheimer disease and other medical problems. She is 85 years old. She had one account with AARP using their credit card.
Now this company is calling us at all times of the day and night harrassing us because they think (know) that Etta lives here, which she does not. The company of course is Viking services, Viking collection agency etc. We have repeated told them that this person does not live at this address but that does not stop them from calling and harrassing and I mean harrassing. We have repeatdly told them to stop calling our telephone number as it belongs to us and not the party they are looking for.
Any help on what to do? I know it is against our State Law, I think for them to continue to call after they have been informed not to but this does not stop these people. HELP.
