Like many people I ordered $500 worth of products that I never received. They stall the buyer saying they are waiting stock or other excuse but weeks go by and the eventually you realize youve been ripped off.

Visol.com website went down for maintenance when Vadim (Michael) Verveda's PayPal account was suspended so he opened up another website Vilay.com with a different PayPal Account. On Vilay.com he also purports to take 2 CheckOut payments but 2CO refused him as a Vendor.

Michael or Misha or Vadim or whatever he is calling himself today despite being born on the 30 May 1986 has a record as long as an elephants trunk. Even on RipOffReport his name appears quite often. His latest venture is Vilay.com and he is also ripping people off on Epila.us, .fr, .de and others. In total he has 38 websites.

If you see products with the name Epila, Slimray Glistel, Therasol these are the brands that he currently sells. It is very likely that he will be doing a long stretch in jail very soon. I have his address, phone numbers and all kinds of information about him that I will be happy to release to any Law Enforcement Agency. PayPal didnt help matters because they were so slow to suspend his account, nobody got refunds even though PayPal found in their favor.

Please contact me if you have any information about Vadim (Michael) Verveda.

I have also ordered $250 worth of products that I have never received from visol.com.

As I have also used PayPal to pay with my credit card, they could not help me either as it was not an ebay purchase and therefore not protected by the money back guarantee they offer. They have decided in my favour and the message was that they will try and get my money back but that is mostly unlikely as the accounts of this company have been suspended. I always thought that PayPal was safe but I will definitely not use it again to pay for anything other than ebay purchses.

I did try to get my money back through my card issuer but they will not help as I used a third party, i.e. PayPal. So I guess my money is well and truly gone.

Vilay.com is also not accessible on the net any longer so I wonder what his new scam site is called.

I am now in the process of filing a faud complaint with the FBI, so any more info you could give me would be much appreciated.
