I work for a large company that protects consumer rights.

BE WARNED, Village Automotive WILL RIP YOU OFF and has TERRIBLE Customer Service! 

I towed my Subaru in, due to a defective coil. Village Auto quoted me $796.67.   I thought that excessive.  When I started asking questions and details, Cory (owner) got pissed off and told me to take my car somewhere else.  He said "you have to trust me."  I told him I have a right to ASK questions, when it's MY money! 

I ended up taking my car to Subaru DEALER (supposedly more expensive) and they only charged me $333.57.  Subaru unequivocally told me, as did one other mechanic, that I did NOT need to spend $270. on spark plugs, which Village Auto insisted I needed.  Village Automotive tried to OVERCHARGE ME by $463.00. 

On top of them trying to "pad the bill," they also literally "kicked me out of their garage" for asking questions about MY car!  BIG THUMBS DOWN ON THIS PLACE.  They will rip you off, and have a BAD ATTITUDE!
