Complaint Review: Village Builders Houston

Worst builder in Houston based on my experiences with Perry, MHI.  Poor quality control within house on finished surfaces (flooring, walls, etc)

Does not honor warranty claims.  Leaves incomplete/unfulfilled warranty.  In particular West Ranch subdivision in Friendswood has poor drainage due to design by developer (Lennar) and Village Builders will not honor warranty issues related to drainage problems.  refuses to allow home owner to speak with management reps in home office to refute warranty isssues. 

Do not recommend anyone purchasing a home from this builder.
