I bought a car from Village Volvo on August 5, 2002. I traded the car in on August 26, 2004. I contacted Village Volvo at that time and they said I had to send them the milage statement from the company I bought my new car from and a letter showing I paid the car off.

I sent them the required information twice and I still haven't recieved my refund. I called the warranty company Easy Care and they said they couldn't cancel the policy until they recieved a paper from the dealership.

This has been going on for 3 months and no one from Village Volvo will even return my calls at this point. Its a long 2 hour drive to go to see them and I can only go on the weekends. If I make the trip all the way down there no one will be there that can take care of the matter for sure.

I have left numerous messages with John Duran (the one supposed to be taking care of this) and I have left messages with the dealership manager Russ Beard. I am going to file a report with the better business bureau next. I paid $2069.00 for all the warranties they talked me into. Don't do business with that rip off company.
