Vincent advertised a rental home in Champion, PA near Ski resort Seven Springs. We exchanged emails back and forth and he sent a rental agreement which I filled out and returned to him. He offered a discount if we paid up front or gave us an option to pay 60% up front and rest due at time of rental.
He offered paypal account and also sending a cashier check to his "personal assistance" in California. I became suspicious and googled him and the person who he asked to send the $ to.
So sad that people are doing this and taking advantage of good families just looking to spend time together.
