 Vincent Malavolta and West Coast Performance, LLC Finally this business West Coast Performance, LLC is officially closed down and out of doing any business in the State of Florida. Although I like many others lost money putting trust in Vincent Malavolta as he lies and steals.

A good day for all of us who were victims of Vincent Malavolta aka James V Aznavorian as he steals from anyone he can. This business West Coast Performance, LLC was closed down offically and is no longer in business at 3053 N Carl G Rose Hwy Hernando, Florida 34442 and the phone number 352-419-4213 is no longer in service.

It was only a matter of time for Vincent Malavolta and anyone who's owed money should file a small claims case and contact the Attorney Generals office and open a case and maybe they can put him in jail where he belongs, but a great day for celebration.

At times, you have folks that use the Internet for false and untruths about a company in an effort to disparage a reputation of someone personally or a business or even jealousy, but the real truth always comes out as in the Citrus County Court Ordered "Dismissal" of Case # 2018-SC-001001 yesterday ( 3/18/19 of this very same-type of case against West Coat Performance, so I thought it should be posted as the real truth and the story always needs to be told and folks like this never get away with dishonesty.

Sadely, the Court rule, dosen't allow for the copying of legal documents, but it can be found in the Court records, if anyone has a doubt or questions. West Coast Performane will always stand behind it's honesty and solid reputation in delivering the highest level of quality and service for all of it's customers.

West Coast Performance and Vincent Malavolta are the very best in the High Performance-Automotive business and will always continue serving it's local and surrounding communities.

Rich or Richard, it seems that you want to continue these childish behaviors’ on this website that has no professional standards and allows for this to continue. You post inaccurate information and all of these attachments in hopes to continue these disparaging remarks and now you want to walk them back and say you didn’t write the last post. Anybody that can read… will see the similarities in how you write and use a specific wording, but this doesn’t even matter anymore. More slander serious violation of civil rights

This has gone to far now it's time to dance these jo do man will end poorly for your false reports

I feel that I should report this on the Ripoff Report and all other sites. I am a victim as well from West Coast Performance and Vincent Malavolta aka James V Aznavorian and Vincent Malavolta took $ 3500+ dollars and never completed the agreed upon auto repair work. I am currently in court seeking a final judgment for the monies owed and West Coast Performance has other legal problems going on and hopefully those people will come forward and put this company out of business.

Vincent Malavolta copies photos off of the internet and gives the impression that he actually builds engines and not the case and look at the photo on google as the building he uses is vacant and has a sold sign out front. I erg everyone to look at all of the complaints and internet sites and stay away from the West Coast Perfoamance and Vincent Malavolta aka James V Aznavorian.

West Coast Performance has another victum and see the BBB complaint below and I erg everyone who are victims and contact the Attorney Generals Florida office and file those complaints and lets close this business down.

Gave him 5000 bucks to build a new motor for my car a 1979 elcamino jan 17 he told me 1 month it would be done well 11 months later still not done or even built it took 2 months for him to pull motor march 21 it came out I have heard every excuse there is why its not compleat tells me every week im next im gonna get on it but still I wait.

Richard, as I read this January 31st rebuttal from you, I must again go on the record and correct all of what you’ve written and its being done by you in an effort to find those people out in the internet world to join you in this frivolous online diatribe of false information against my brother and nothing that was said to you was in any-way Slanderous towards you, but rather your Cyber-Stalking and in basic terms Harassment and I’ll refer you back to my January 25th rebuttal and I outlined in the most professional commentary as I could and included the Florida Statute for a reference point, but it appears that you have trouble either reading or understanding the outline. I’m surprised, if you had any family members that are Lawyers, I would only assume that they would have offered you some Counsel on not carrying on with this type of behaviors, so I can tell you that nobody is buying what you’re trying to sell over the internet.

The most common practice in today’s world is texting and or email as my brother and I do it, so this claim that you have hundreds of text messages is false as you have a few as that’s not uncommon and admitting to any guilt is in your mind, but not in the reality of this frivolous claim of yours. These attachments you included are in part manufactured (verbally) by you and the attachments are only part in parcel of the total conversations. The business tool and that’s what it was… only to give you some sense of price in what you were asking for and was only for providing some numbers, it offered no delivery dates or a breakdown of parts needed or anything else. You have no understanding contractually or what a contract does or its use of appropriate language and you indicated that this is what you do for a living, well I feel sorry for any customers or company that depends on the review and or analysis of any contract, by you.

Antiques and Outlaws “was” a viable Florida Corporation ( years ago ) and my brothers decision to consolidate and close this and an effort from you to use that as a negative action is just your continued false commentary and what’s really funny and I quote, I Richard Magner built multiple cars, motors from the ground up since the age of 13 and you included that other shops built you motors and you’re well aware of the process. Let me tell you Richard… that if all of what you outlined is true and you did all of that for yourself, why would you look for WCP and Vincent to build you anything, I’ll tell you why and you are a fabricator and you came to my brother… because he’s the best in the business. I am not going to argue any point of attachments as this case is closed officially and I need to only set the record straight for good honest facts.

My brother’s choice for a name change was many years ago and nothing to do with business whatsoever and it was about taking his mother maiden name and keeping the family heritage and her name alive, so you do a poor job at understanding the facts, but I’m not surprised at all.

Let me close as this is my last rebuttal as I think the public now sees who you are and what you are attempting and Richard, and to reaffirm for you again that West Coast Performance and Founder, Vincent Malavolta are the very best in the business of High Performance Automotive Engineering and the list of customers and great reviews are too numerous to count and they speak for themselves.

I would encourage you again… to act like an adult and find some other form of pleasure as this is childish behavior.

 If anybody has been bullied and slandered it is myself. I welcome any legal action from you, it’s not slander if it’s true. I would love a judge to see what I have been thru and you know that you would be the one in trouble. Mr Amato and yourself are currently guilty of slander in this column alone. You met my attorney brother, my sister is as well so any frivolous lawsuit will be shot down and countered.

I have hundreds of text messages from vince from day one as that was the way he communicated. Multiple admitting guilt and you know it. You claim I don’t understand contracts? Please that is my job. I am posting the said contract that is nothing more than a receipt on a defunct company letterhead that I never heard of.

Antiques and Outlawz on the top just like I said in the original post. Absolutely zero contract language. Please produce anything else that I signed, you can’t. You claim I don’t understand auto performance engineering? I have built multiple cars, motors, from the ground up since 13 years old and would put any one up against anything you have claimed to build.

I have also had shops build me motors and I am well aware of the process. I wanted a 496 or 502 hydraulic roller motor that produced 550-600 hp with edelbrock heads and forged internals. Those were the guidelines. You talked like you were Pat Musi so I let you have creative control as long as a saw what you were putting in ahead of time.

When zero machine work was done in almost two months and zero parts I knew you were up to something. You were in breach of an oral contract which is binding my friend. The 7500 I gave you was for 7k worth of parts that you showed me quickly on a jegs order in your office and we agreed on one month. Guess what, now you have a BBB complaint saying you told another victim the same thing and he still doesn’t have it done a year and change later.

That money was for my parts plus some profit for yourself, not your rent, gas, moving your shop etc. The only thing you are good at is talking, and I am only here hoping that maybe some hard working people won’t fall for your talk like I did. Yes you started paying my back close to 6 months after I asked for my money back.

Couldn’t show me a single part. But the payments were far and few and when I wouldn’t change my reviews is when the money stopped. I am attaching a text to that effect also. This is my last post. Anybody who reads this and your insane babble below can make their own decision.

Follow-up Rebuttal

I had an opportunity to review all of this continued verbal “Cyberstalking and Harassment” from Richard Magner and towards my brother… Vincent Malavolta and his business West Coast Performance, LLC as noted on a variety of internet sites and so we’re clear on what exactly Cyberstalking means by the 2018 Florida Statutes ( 748.048 ) is to engage in a course of conduct to communicate, or to cause to be communicated, words, images, or language by or through the use of electronic mail or electronic communication, directed at a specific person, causing substantial emotional distress, loss of business to that person and serving no legitimate purpose. Richard, I have no idea about what my brother’s next steps are, but if you continue this type of behavior, I would support whatever his decision is and seek the highest legal remedy to include my testimony, phone bills with your continued disturbance and complete discovery of these electronic communications. 

Richard Magner having no real understanding of the High Performance Automotive Engineering business had a desire to have a custom motor built for him and approached my brothers company West Coast Performance and Vincent Malavolta, Principal and Founder. This came about from Vincent having a top reputation in this business and having his own business in doing these types of custom builds as he’s done for many years… Richard gave my brother his thoughts and ideas about what he wanted based on the automobile type and what the automobile could safely carry and hold as size and fit for a custom motor and my brother built a full detailed quote outlining full costs to do the build. In these types of quotes to build a high performance motor are what we call carve-outs and an example of this could be… if the existing block is used along with any salvaged parts or was this… an entire new build from the block up as this determines cost considerations. Most of these decisions come from “verbal conversations” between the shop doing the build and the customer and all of this happened during the pre-build stages with Richard Magner and now it clearly seems that Richard has no understanding of the process and out of anger… Richard went to internet communications with disparaging comments about the shop owner Vincent Malavolta.

Additionally, Richard Magner didn’t understand and never asked follow-up questions during the build process and based on the shop and not all do the machining and or milling for high performance parts, cylinder heads, forged pistons, racing crankshafts, racing pistons, racing valve springs and the list goes on… Vincent chooses to use a second and third party vendor outside of his shop as they work in tandem - working side by side and in conjunction with the build and they are all vetted to the highest standards as his own shop and place of business.

Richard made mention of Vincent’s mother’s death in January 2015 and basically called my brother dishonest and let me confirm that Vincent being the Durable Power’s and dealing with the best decisions possible for his mother and living and running a business from Ft Lauderdale along with some very stressful sibling issues, he managed to accomplish everything involved and began his own transition into his home, family life and preparing for the grand opening of West Coast Performance in North Florida. Richard, I would be very careful about commenting about our family or what you think you know… out of anger and stupidity as it never has a good outcome.

Richard, I hope this makes you think like an adult and stop this Cyber-Harassment before it turns into something else legally for you.

 This guy has a lot of nerve for somebody who walked off with almost 5k of my money and has no intention of paying it back. The court awarded me a judgment for this amount as they agree. I never chased you for two years that is false. West coast performance is currently going to trial again search the citrus county court records for unjust enrichment and shoddy workmanship, its public knowledge.

You should be ashamed of yourself. James Aznavorian is his birth name. He changed it legally to Vincent Malavolta so he can pose a hard Italian. You can see it right in Broward Court records in 1991 you fake. This guy is the biggest phony and fake, who changes their last name? See attached of court records for proof. First i would like to appologize for anyone dissapointed by this random act of verbal assault thats designed for character assination. The author of this negitive report was hell bent on the defemation of my good name. The author was only angered by my reluctency to tell him to f**k off after treating me with disrespect. if you read his novel of fabricated and embellished lies you can see right through he was spewing crap inorder to inhibbit my ability to make a honest living in my new start in life after the loss of my mother and he 3 year estate battle which he mentioned and knows nothing about.

Heres the actual truth the author didnt tell you that hes fully aware of and said the exact oppisite. rich has chased me for 2 years prior to building him an engine and doing some chassis work on a mustang he had. He shows up to long island performance right as im ready to start my transition to my new home in central florida. d**k was sent to me through a mutual friend reffered . This friend was witness to some of the best engine builds in south florida. I also worked on this persons work vans keeping him in business. My mistake was not filing a rebuttal when d**k filed this false defaming damaging report. This was a premeditated strike against me with trying to sabotage my ability to work in my field.

Here is the facts that are irrefutable:

He says i cant weld? I have 2000 hours of welding expierance on video and pics mig tig gas plasma and own all my own equipment

He said i dont do my own work again human witnesses pics and videos of engine room assembly completetd work orders

He said i subcontract my work and hes correct in part machining blocks and some assistance in assembly when i was slammed with 13 engines a month

He said i had the cops on me for theft but i never have been arrested never in jail. I did have a truck stolen from the shop when it was locked up while i was in citrus county unloading my equipment in the new location. My old shop was in a commercial spot and the neighborhood changed.

d**k was upset about my willingness to tell him to f*** off after induring his relentless attacks and i was repaying his refund.

He says he ne ver signed a work order but he gave me 7500.00 in cash at 9.00 pm I have a signed copy allways have he has one also.

He said we never told him what size engine its on the contract he signed and has a copy he wont produce i have the other copy.

I had a spare complete 454 to start with on a stand of which he purchased The same night he arrived 500.00 on the work order deducted from 7500.00 deposit!

I WAS THE BUSIEST SHOP IN OAKLAND PARK FLORIDA supporting my machist with 8 to 10 engines at a time and was a prefferred client.

d**k was not only aware of all this he signed a workorder. He was also well aware of me moving i told him it was my last engine for him. He was tryuing to get me to refund hid money because he changed his mind to swap for a ls 6.0 litre instead od of the 496 he signed up for. His cylinder heads were not available for a month of which he heard me talking to jegs on speaker and is the reason for the shakedown by richard. Soon as the 4th week was comming he started this stuff and here we are.
