This "man", Vincent Nardoni aka Scott Allen Northey, has ripped off so many people in Michigan and Florida. As far as we know, he is back in Michigan with the mother of his child, Sharee Nardoni and their young daughter and her teenage daughter. He also has two sons with his previous wife in Michigan, approximately one hour away from his current location. He came to FL, using business names such as Finale Construction and Capital Liquidation/Closeouts, hired us to do work and never paid in full. He consistently lies about paying people and writes bad checks. The next step to receive payment from him will be legal but costly and worth it. Please be aware of this lying, conn artist. He was apparently arrested for bad check writing in 2003 and filed bankruptcy in 2008. The above fraudulent activity occured within the last year, 2009 through 2010 and ongoing efforts to locate this transient cheater have been difficult. If anyone has more information...please help.

We hired "Vince" here in Michigan. After a 3 year process and still no building, we find out he is really "Scott Northey". An ex federal con. Who was in jail for uttering and publishing.
