Dave responded right away to my initial request for parts. When I received the order, I received only two of the three parts. Multiple e-mails sent, all of them ignored. Spoke with his associate, who said he would call me, which did not happen. I have filed a claim with the BBB. I have also sent a letter to his father, who owns the business.
