Complaint Review: Vinesse

 I received an offer from United Mileage Plus to join Vinesse. After 2 shipments I will receive 6500 miles and 7 miles per dollar spent. My wife was a member of Vinesse about 6 months ago and received miles.

The offer did not mention any restriction for members of the same household. I have a different mileage plus account and I was a new member of Vinesse.

I never received a mile, because according to Vinesse United airlines would prohibit members of the same household getting miles for such a promotion.

This is clearly fraud, I still have screenshots of the offer including orint outs of all the terms and conditions. There is never mentioned any restriction to members of the same household.

Vinesse was completely blocking, stating that it is a requirement from United, but obviously it is nowhere to be found...

So this is a ripoff. I contacted United now as well to receive a statement from them.

Beware, by your wine elsewhere...

Not to forget, you pay a lot for the shipping, because "you need to show your ID to proof your age" to receive the package.  haha... The last shipment was placed in front of our door on a Friday, we came back on Monday. Luckily it was still there and the neighbours kids did not have a party with it. But the wine was still cooked for 2 days in the Florida sun...
