The delivery service would not give me a delivery time that worked with my schedule so I cancelled the delivery and called Vinesse to say how disappointed I was that they didn't have a better delivery service.  I cancelled my order and was told to complete a form so they could refund my credit card.  I completed the form but never received my refund. Now I have to spend additional time reporting this to my credit card company.  There is no 100% satisfaction and they didn't seem to care.  They did so that I would have to pay for the shipping charges.  What a rip-off.  That was never communicated to me until after I cancelled for cause.

Also, the original promotion included a wine carrier tote with the first order.  When I called to start my membership, I was told it would be sent out with my 3rd order.  Maybe that was in the fine print and 2pt font. I still can't find it in the original offer.
