This guy is doing the same thing with 1979 Topps baseball cards as he did with the Basketball cards. We luckily only bought 1 pack from him but he refused to give us a refund stating that he sold them "as is" and has such great feedback and nobody in all his transactions has complained about those packs so we are basically just morons.
The pack had a cruddy wrapper with dirt and creases under the seal with new pink gum and browned corners and just bad cards inside. I didn't know he did this until I dug in deeper after he got so rude on me. I've read that he buys the wrappers on one named account on Ebay or Amazon and then waits a few months for the purchase to fall off his Ebay record and then sells them on VintageClassics1 on Ebay.
When you leave negative feedback, he retaliates by saying you leave inappropriate feedback and that there was nothing wrong with your purchase. Total Jerk. I don't understand why he is still able to do business on Ebay after so many people have reported him. Please Please Please avoid his auctions!
