Vinyl Concepts is the WORST company to deal with. I signed a contract & provided a deposit on October 14. I was told that the estimated completion time for my job was 6 to 8 weeks. After 13 weeks (3+ months), I have not had my fense installed. They've blamed the delays on rain, hospital visits, management issues, staffing issues, and made a written commitment to install the fence by 1/20/11. However they did not show up for the job, did not call, no written letter, NOTHING! They are a fraudulent business with numerous bait & switch tactics.

In more detail, I will profess my profound disappointment in Vinyl Concepts. In particular, my disappointment and disgust can be attributed to their false promises, broken commitments, lack of communication, unprofessional adherence to any schedule, and complete lack of any form of customer service. I will actively warn friends and acquaintances away from Vinyl Concepts.

When I first voiced my concern to my sales rep Kevin over the delayed communication and inability to set a installation date, I was told that the pace was normal and that there was no problem. When I pointed out that we had made an agreement 8 weeks ago, I was told "My management isnt allowing me to setup this job because we're behind". My reply was simply "Let me know when you can". He has setup numerous dates, but gave different excuses such as, "I was in the hospital", "We had alot of rain and other jobs are in line", and "We'll lock you in for January 18th - 20th for the install". All of these statements were lies.

At this point, I have my deposit of $400 locked in ther bank account, a signed contract, and nothing done to my house at all after 3+ months of waiting patiently. If you're looking for a new vinyl fence, siding or awning then DO NOT buy from Vinyl Concepts. I'd recommend any of the following places:

Sxxxxx Vinyl 800-8xx-0xxx (((REDACTED)))

Qxxxx Vinyl 800-xxx-7xxx

Cxxxxx Fences 805-4xx-xxx
Vixxx Fxxx Depot 800-xx-xxx (8xxx)
Gxx VixxxFxxx 877-xx-xxxx (xxxx)

The photos are their quality of work. Because they dont do anything.

My next steps will be a demand letter, a complaint to the BBB, a report on http://www.RipOffRepor... and small claims court. If all this sounds fun to you, go ahead and buy from them.

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome! After speaking with their executive management team, a new sales person was assigned and the fence was installed. Skipping through my experience, the final outcome resulted in a beautiful looking fence which compliments our new house paint color. The purpose of the fence was to provide both security and privacy to our home. In addition to this, we added a bit of curb appeal. A few residents of my neighborhood have already knocked on my door to compliment the new home look and inquire on who sold us the fence. It is my opinion that the Vinyl Concepts executive management truly cares for their customers and will do what it takes to ensure satisfaction. If you need a fence, railing, deck, gazebo, etc., you should consider Vinyl Concepts. I can state that, at the very least, you will appreciate the quality of their product.
