Vinyl TechVinyl Tech, Valley View Design ripoff Poor installation of Temo Sunroom Has leaked since day one which was Sept. 26, 2003 Poughkeepsie New York
Since the installation of our Temo Sunroom, it has leaked. At least ten attempts have been made by Vinyl Tech to remedy the leaks, without success. I brought this matter to the attention of the manufacturer, Temo Sunrooms, on at least five occasions and received no help. I proceeded then to the Putnam County Department of Consumer Affairs which has tried its best to resolve this matter. At a hearing before the Putnam County Home Improvement Board, Vinyl Tech was given a final opportunity to correct the problem. Instead of complying with the findings of the Board, they told the Board that it had no jurisdiction in this matter. As of this writing, I have paid almost $8,000 for a sunroom that is both unusable and for which I cannot get a certificate of occupancy from my town's building department due to the leaks.
