Vioderm - LinkStar Equidata Ordered the $1.00 Sample w/shipping from this company & never received it. Now they are charging me 59.99. They stated they received a confirmation # from our local post office, but there is no record Internet
In October, I signed up to receive a trial offer of an anti-wrinkle serum called Vioderm. I paid $1.00 for the trial offer and also paid a shipping & handling fee with a PREPAID Visa Card. I never received the Serum! As of today, 1/11/2010 ... I've yet to see this product and am now being billed $59.99 for the full purchase price. I called Equidata (The Collection Agency) and spoke with a Mrs. Jones & Ms. Flores, and they stated that it was in fact delivered to my home because they received a confirmation number proving it. I then called our local post office (which by the way knows everyone in our small community) They have no information of any confirmation numbers or signatures from me for this company. I then proceeded to call back the creditors & they said it is going to take another 30 days for them to get me a confirmation number from Vioderm. Why the 30 days? Why not get on the phone ASAP for this so called confirmation number that I know for a fact they do not have.
