purchased pendent online they grabbed money instantly 5 days later I did not get item. went online to get track no not found Item listed as waiting fulfillment week later item not shipped status is awaiting fulfillment . after 48 hrs they wont give me back money. no refund customer rep was eve she was unprofessional and rude not helpful , confrontational and combative. she dismissed me with no reply after I tried to contact her
