Complaint Review: The Violet Vixen

The Violet Vixen was advertising a pre-sale for their KN95 cycling masks. I pre-ordered 4 masks totaling $77.95 on April 4th 2020. Per the website, it stated all pre-orders would be shipped out between April 12th 2020 to April 16th 2020. However, it is now May 2nd and not only has my order not shipped, it hasn't been fulfilled either.





I have tried on four separate occasions to speak to a customer service rep to discuss my order and I have either not gotten a response, or the read my email and did not respond. I posted on their Facebook page on May 1st, for them to delete my comment. I have messaged them through Facebook and I have reported their page to Facebook. I have requested in all my attempts that I want a refund as I did not get the items I paid for.
