Violet Wanda Mjolnir Violet Wands Horrid customer service
I ordered a product in December, week and a half before Christmas. Paid for the express shipping offered on their website. The shipping service they chose (usps) made a mistake to which is documented and they admitted to and sent the product 3000 miles the wrong direction (as reported by a supplied tracking number).
This resulted in the package arriving After the guaranteed (usps) delivery day to international customs. Because I am not the shipper I can not file a claim regarding refund for the express shipping I paid for(to the company I bought the product from.
Mjolnir filed a report (to which they admit they have never done before) and five days later they inform me that the claim was rejected on the basis that it was late because it was held in international customs which is out of us posts hands. I sent the tracking documents proving that the arrival to customs was after the guaranteed delivery date.
Mjolnir however is siding with us post despite the tracking documents provided to them. Mjolnir has either received the refund and kept it for themselves or is taking the position of "not my problem”. Cindi (Mjolnir owner) has mentioned in an email that "we are the only provider so you have no choice”. Which this is reflected here in other reviews.
Clearly this individual and company doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. It could have been easily solved if they showed some more effort in fighting usps. Even if they had said ( we will use another service (fedex,ups) from now on for express it would have shown some conviction. No, they clearly are all about self interest only and taking your money..
