VIP BINARY Funds stolen by VIP Binary, refusal to communicate, wanting more funds after they stole previously, Internet
I began trading with VIP Binary when I read their offer of matching what I put into my account. I foolishly did this but they did match the funds. I believe it was two days later they advertised and offered "Secure Trades", which means your money that you bid is returned if you lose the trade. I asked the broker I was working with if all of the trades I was going to make was all secure trades. I received affirmation every time I asked. One day he wanted to do trading without getting the assurance that it was a free trade. I said "Call me when you get the assurance that all trades are secure. He checked and all trades were secure.
I watch the amount of money going down in my account, but was assured that the money I was making would be put into my account when all trades were finished. To me, that meant when the account I had reached zero or close to it. When I did and all trading was completed about 1/100th of the amount I should have received was not there. When I contacted my broker after a two week delay as he informed me his boss had to deal with that and he was gone for two weeks. I also received a note from VIP Binary outlining their policy that I could only withdraw funds if it was 15 times more than what I had at the beginning. From this point on that is the only thing I received from VIP Binary, except for the brokers saying I could continue trading and get my money back.
I decided to create a sheet dealing with trades made with losses and wins. I tried sending it to my broker but their email lines are secretive and all I had was support@vipbinary.com I was assured my broker would receive it. When I didn't hear from him I sent a new one daily. I still have not heard from him. I would like to hear from anyone who has had a problem with VIP Binary and launch a class action suit against them.
