VIP Lounge Casino is a ripoff Internet
We like to play slots online from time to time. Fairly recently we were playing for real money at VIP lounge casino online and won $1300. That was a month and a half ago we have been trying to get them to pay us ever since. It first started out with a bunch of hoops you had to jump threw to get paid, first they wanted us to fax them a copy of our state issued ID and a copy of the credit card we used to make the initial deposit. We did that then they came back with "Oh were sorry you also need to fax us a copy of a paid bill so we can verify your identity." Ok fine we did that also, they said everything was approved and we waited for 3 weeks still never receiving the deposit. When you call the customer service line they tell you the only way to speak with accounts payable for withdraws is to do so in IM on the web site. So last Tuesday we did so and were given the dates the withdraw was approved and promised we would have it within 7 working days.
Well today is the 7th working day and still no money. I have already tried to contact them via IM on the web site today and am still getting the run around, now they are saying it can take up to 10 working days and saying they only have limited information. This Casino has been around for a long time and now I know why. They do not pay out they are stealing the money you deposit because you cant get paid when you win. If you include the money we deposited to the account with them and the winnings not being paid they have stolen about $1500 from us...

I have an account with VIP and I must admit the time it takes to get paid is outrageous. 7-10 business days to process then another 5-10 to get approved. I was approved Dec 16 and today 1-6-10 was PAID express Moneygram.
My situation is a bit different from yours. I got a free $20 and had to beat the $2000 wage requirement, I did but was only allowed a Max cashout of $100 which was paid.I made sure they got all my docs, My only complaint is the waiting it's too Long!

How about not giving your money to unregulated offshore casinos. It's illegal for U.S. citizens to gamble at these sites. These online casinos know this and also know that you have absolutely no recourse if they feel like keeping your money. It's the ultimate sucker bet.

If you would like a suggestion..try BingoWorkz.com or DesperateHousewivesBingo.com they are the same company. Yes, it is a bingo site, but they have tons of casino games and slots as well. I have been playing there for a year and a 1/2 and have cashed out several times with no problem. Good Luck.
