VIP Member Store .com Corporate Address: Internet Sales Group Ltd Rourke House, Watermans Business Park, Staines TW18 3BA, United Kingdom I purchased 2 items 12/12/2017 and 10 weeks later still no items shipped to me, customer support just give's me the runaround California

This company was very quick to charge my credit card during the item purchase 12-12-2017 including a very hidden sneaky montly membership added to the charge which I notice the next day after I received my purchase order confirmation number, so I called and cancelled that extra monthly charge rigth away, a couple of hours later I received comfirmation of the membership cancelation and the only charges on my credit card where for the purchased items...  and that was the last time I heard from them.... 2 months later I started calling about my purchased items and every time I keep getting the runaround, I finally threaten to suit and repot them to every consumer advocate group known if they didnt refund my money for the purchase,and they give me a 50% reinbursment because the items where allredy "procesed" and I have to received them and return them for a refund....well 2-15-2018 and still waiting for a shipping - tracking confirmation number.... RIPOFF RIPOFF RIPOFF
