Complaint Review: VIP Nation

 We purchased tickets from VIP Nation for the Motion On Tour with Derek/Julianne Hough, VIP tickets with front row seating, goodie bag, meet and greet then photo, seat was good, goodie bag was a joke, they indicated you would receive certain items but it was misleading and the photo was terrible. You could see where the photographer was doing ok at beginning of picture taking but by the time it got to us, she was rushing and the picture was terrible that the Hough's should have complained. These tickets costed $500 and my first indicator of the disorganization of VIP Nation was I didn't receive a confirmation when I placed order which made me nervous so I started calling VIP with no luck, first phone numbers weren't in service so I kept calling, finally got answering machine but no call back. I also was emailing with no response for couple weeks.

FINALLY, got email back stating I will receive info on event 2 to 4 days before. I never got anything, there were two shows the day of event, I didn't know what show I was supposed to attend. The night before event I was still trying to contact someone to find out what time show was. Message was left on my cell phone 11:00 p.m. night before event, at this point, I figured I was being ripped off and was totally stressed by the whole situation. When we arrive, it was one of the most disorganized events I've ever been to. I wouldn't have received some items if I hadn't mentioned I was supposed to. VIP Natoin is a nightmare to deal with and a joke!! On a lighter note, the show was one of the best I've ever been to!! I wouldn't recommend using VIP Nation for any form of high dollar tickets, you do not get your moneys worth, no doubt! Oh, when I got home, the email info was FINALLY there, lol.
